Andrology

Andrology is the branch of urology dedicated to male reproductive and sexual health. Our service provides comprehensive evaluation and evidence-based treatment for men experiencing infertility, erectile dysfunction, hormonal disorders, varicocele, Peyronie's disease, and other conditions affecting reproductive health.

Led by Dr. Swanit Deshpande, the department offers advanced microsurgical procedures including microscopic varicocelectomy, Micro-TESE, PESA, TESA, vasovasostomy, and vasoepididymostomy, alongside comprehensive medical management and fertility counselling. The service also provides penile prosthesis surgery, including inflatable and malleable penile implants, for men with medically refractory erectile dysfunction. Every consultation is conducted with complete confidentiality, dignity, and discretion.
