How cashless works at Deshpande Hospital

  1. 1Bring your insurance card (or photo of it) and a government photo ID at the time of admission.
  2. 2Our insurance desk submits the pre-authorisation request to your insurer or TPA.
  3. 3Approval typically takes 2–6 hours for planned admissions; for emergencies we proceed and seek approval in parallel.
  4. 4On discharge, your hospital bill is settled directly with the insurer — you only pay non-medical or non-covered items.
